final romex post


1) I think that the most shocking part that I read from the book is how many different things that they did to the Jewish peoples. like the the march of death and acid pool. I was also sorta shocked not much shocked to learn about how many people who were killed and were not Jewish because i knew that they all wern't Jewish. I learned that 11 million people were killed during the Holocaust and 5 million were not Jewish. the death of Romek when tortured him right in front of David was pretty mest up and how he saw his brother get killed in a slow and painful death is kinda mest up.


2) In Krawinkle David's job is to feed the dogs. he says it was a hard job for him but it was a good thing that he got this job because it saved him from doing the harder jobs of the camp and a chance of him being killed. he got to eat some of the dogs food to help survive if he needed to. all the jobs he had thought the book help him allot because he never really once had one the worst jobs.


3) I think the biggest moment of triumph is when he met his sister's husband. I think that at that point he was super excited and you could tell because he ran up and gave him a hug. he started talking to him and learned about his sister.


4) David Faber's book could i don't really think should but could be required reading in middle schools and high schools because it could teach people about the history and what bad things happened in the holocaust. if people don't learn about it then history might repeat its self and we don't want that again because many people died and they were not all just Jewish people.

The purpose of this project was to learn about the renaissance. In order to learn about the renaissance we had to choose 5 people people and the person we got we had to research them and write a bio or a diary/journal thing about them.

I learn about a guy that was a famous painter from Italy named Raffaello sanzio {Raphael) was a man who lived during the renaissance. he became a painter at a young age.some skills i learned were how to write a biography. i learned about the Renaissance and all the famous people that lived through it like other painters to.

I enjoyed this project because we got to do 2 hours of just learning about other people and the dance wasn't really a dance so all we had to do was walk in a circle. if i were to do this project again i would put more information about my person early like and how he relates to the Renaissance.
